Our Story

Founded by husband-and-wife team Toan & Phoi, Silk Café & Bar was born from a shared love for food, culture, and community.

Originally from Dalat, Vietnam, Toan spent many years in Saigon, where his passion for cooking was shaped by his family of chefs. After moving to the U.S. and working in his family restaurant as well as Northern Nevada’s top Casino restaurants, he and Phoi dreamed of creating a space that brings the heart of Vietnamese flavors to a modern café setting.

Our Concept

At Silk Café & Bar, we blend authentic Vietnamese comfort food with modern Asian flair — from fragrant pho and sizzling wok dishes to refreshing boba teas, freshly brewed specialty coffees, and handcrafted cocktails.

We use only the finest ingredients — because great flavor begins with quality.
